The Green-tailed Trainbearer

Lesbia nuna This hummingbird of about 16cm has a short beak and a long green tail.  The male has the particularity, during the breeding season, to make a zigzag flight to attract the female. It can live in the Eastern Andes up to 3800 meters of altitude. It is very easily spotted on the Inca trail trek.
